1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Land More Calls' services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Land More Calls provides AI-powered lead management and communication automation services for roofing businesses, including but not limited to:
- Automated missed call text-back
- Lead follow-up sequences
- Appointment scheduling and reminders
- Review management
- CRM and pipeline management
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Obtain proper consent before sending automated messages to your customers
- Not use our Services for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes
4. SMS Notifications & Consent
Automated SMS Services: As part of our AI Receptionist service, Land More Calls may send automated SMS notifications to Client's customers for appointment confirmations, service reminders, and follow-up communications.
Client Consent Requirements: Client agrees to obtain proper consent from their customers before Land More Calls sends any SMS notifications on their behalf, in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable regulations.
Marketing Messages to Client: If you opt-in during registration, you consent to receive automated SMS notifications and marketing messages from Land More Calls at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out Instructions: Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of messages from Land More Calls. For assistance, contact jason@profluxlabs.com.
5. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Setup fees, if applicable, are billed at the start of service. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Land More Calls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to the platform will be revoked and data may be deleted after 90 days.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
9. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Land More Calls is not responsible for delayed or undelivered SMS/text messages due to mobile carrier issues, network outages, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
10. Age Restriction
Our Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
