Pay per appointment.
We call. You quote.

LMC’s pay-per-appointment service covers advertising, human homeowner calls, qualification and estimate booking. You pay for appointments that show up. Your team assesses the property, prepares the quote, follows up and delivers the work. The service is built for contractors who want support before the estimate, while keeping sales and fulfillment with their own team.

Key takeaways

  • LMC funds the ads and uses human appointment setters to call, qualify and book homeowners.
  • Payment is for appointments that show up. Cancellations and no-shows receive a 100% appointment-fee credit.
  • Homeowner leads are exclusive to one LMC client and are never shared or resold to another contractor.
  • Your team still owns the estimate, quote, sales follow-up and work. A booked or attended visit is not a guaranteed sale.

01 / Pay per appointment

How pay per appointment works at LMC.

The process starts before anything appears on your calendar. We agree the work you want to quote, your service area and your capacity. LMC creates and funds the advertising. Interested homeowners complete a form, then our human setters call using a tested process.

The call checks homeownership, project fit, service area, budget and intent against your agreed campaign criteria. Once qualified, the homeowner is booked into an available estimate slot. Your estimator then visits, assesses the actual project and provides the quote.

Phone qualification helps establish fit, but it cannot replace a site assessment. Coating preparation, painting repairs, lighting access and the final scope of work still need your professional judgment. See what makes an appointment qualified for the detailed checks.

This service concerns homeowner estimates for your contracting business. The “Book a Free Call” button on this website books your conversation with LMC about the service.

02 / Pay per appointment

Pay for attendance, with clear cancellation credits.

For LMC’s appointment offer, you pay for appointments that show up. If the homeowner cancels or does not show, you receive a 100% appointment-fee credit. That covers the full fee for that appointment; it is not a promise to reimburse your time or guarantee a sold job.

No upfront cost, retainer or lock-in contract is part of the current offer. LMC also covers the advertising spend. We agree pricing and campaign details before starting; there is no universal appointment price presented here.

Keep booking, attendance and sales separate in your records. If an appointment is rescheduled, preserve its history so you can tell what happened without counting the same opportunity twice. Confirm the status and relevant credit with the team under your agreed service arrangements.

An attended estimate that does not turn into a job is different from a no-show. Your team owns the quote and the sale. Our appointment measurement guide shows how to review those outcomes without confusing calendar activity with revenue.

When does appointment setting fit your business?

PPA can suit an owner who has room to quote more suitable work but does not want their team to manage the initial homeowner calls and booking. It still needs an estimator who can attend, a reliable quoting process and capacity to deliver the jobs won.

PPL remains available. With that option, we fund the ads and deliver exclusive enquiries while your team calls, qualifies and books. Neither model is automatically the better choice for every contractor. Compare both service models.

Prepare the brief and calendar before launch.

  1. Name the work you want. Define suitable projects and exclusions for coatings, interior/exterior painting or permanent outdoor lighting.
  2. Agree the territory. Set the area your team can serve. Territory exclusivity is included, with the territory agreed before starting.
  3. Provide realistic estimate capacity. Decide who attends and which slots the team can reliably cover.
  4. Assign quote follow-up. Decide who sends proposals, answers questions and records outcomes after the visit.
  5. Keep us informed. Discuss weekly volume adjustments and request a pause when needed.

The usual timeframe for first appointments is two or three days, up to a week, depending on the setup. Discuss the plan for your campaign before launch. It is not a promise of a fixed appointment count or a guaranteed weekly minimum.

Delivery continues unless you ask to pause, and volume can be discussed weekly. Estimate capacity and installation capacity are different: room for another visit does not always mean room to start another job.

Use our free campaign planner to collect the project criteria and responsibilities before the call. LMC funds and manages the ads and retains its ad accounts, creatives and lead/contact records when a client pauses or leaves.

05 / Pay per appointment

Read appointment results in their original context.

The Alpha Crest case describes appointment setting for a coating business, while the Classic Concrete case records a separate coating campaign. Read the periods and definitions in each case rather than combining them into one promised result.

A booked-estimate figure is not automatically an attended-estimate figure. Neither is a sold-job figure. Keep each case’s actual reporting basis intact when deciding what it tells you.

Our current service focus includes epoxy and concrete coatings, interior and exterior painting, and permanent outdoor lighting. The linked coating campaigns are coating evidence. We do not present them as painting or lighting case studies.

The USA is our primary market. If you work elsewhere, discuss service availability with us. Every homeowner lead goes to one LMC client only; exclusivity does not stop a homeowner from independently requesting another company’s quote.

Common questions.

Does PPA mean paying for bookings or appointments that happen?

Providers may define PPA differently. LMC’s offer is payment for appointments that show up, with a 100% appointment-fee credit for cancellations and no-shows. Confirm that distinction before comparing providers.

Are the appointment setters AI?

No. Human appointment setters call homeowners using our tested process. They check campaign fit and book estimates; your team handles the site assessment and sale.

Do I still pay when an attended appointment does not close?

Yes. An attended appointment is the paid result, not a guaranteed sale. Your team provides the quote and follows up to win the work.

Can I pause or change the volume?

Yes. Volume can be discussed weekly, and delivery continues unless you ask to pause. Agree capacity and any changes with the team.

Are the leads shared with other contractors?

No. We never share or resell a homeowner lead to another LMC client. Territory exclusivity is also included, with the territory agreed before launch.
