From homeowner enquiry to estimate

Painting leads need a conversation.
Our team handles it.

Someone filling out a form is the beginning. We call to check whether the enquiry fits your business, then book a time for your estimator to meet the homeowner.

01 / ATTRACT

Advertise the work you want.

We agree your interior and exterior painting services, project criteria and service area. LMC creates and funds the campaign, inviting interested homeowners to submit a form.

02 / QUALIFY

Speak with the homeowner.

Our in-house appointment setters use a tested phone process to check homeownership, location, budget and intent. The campaign brief sets out which painting projects fit your business.

03 / ESTIMATE

Meet them and quote the job.

We book the appointment into an available slot. Your estimator assesses the surfaces, preparation and work involved, gives the quote and follows up to win the job.

Interior & exterior painting

Build the campaign around your kind of painting work.

A single-room repaint and a full exterior are different jobs. Tell us what your crew wants to take on so the campaign reflects your services, preferred project sizes and availability.

You can focus on interior work, exterior work or both. We agree the mix before launch and review it as your schedule changes.

The USA is our main market. If you're in Canada, the UK or elsewhere, we'll discuss availability for your area.

  • Interior paintingDiscuss the rooms and surfaces you paint, from individual rooms to larger home repaints. Include any minimum project size or work you don't take on.
  • Exterior paintingSet out the home exteriors and surfaces your crew handles, your travel area and when you can schedule the work.
  • Specialist requestsCabinet refinishing, deck staining and other specialist services need their own discussion. We'll agree what belongs in your campaign.
  • The final assessment is yoursPhone qualification helps establish fit. Your estimator checks condition, access, preparation and materials before setting the final scope and price.

A workable estimate calendar

Match the appointments to your crew's capacity.

Time to quote and time to paint are two different things. Bring both to the first call so we can plan around the work your business can actually deliver.

Choose the right service area.

A job needs to make sense after travel time, too. Tell us which towns or ZIP codes you serve and where your estimator and crew can realistically go.

Be clear about timing.

Let us know when you can take on interior and exterior work. Your estimator confirms the start date with the homeowner, including any weather or site constraints for exterior jobs.

Leave room to sell and deliver.

Agree the estimate slots your team can attend. Appointment volume can be adjusted weekly, and you can ask us to pause when your workload changes.

Keep responsibility clear.

With appointment setting, LMC handles ads, phone qualification and booking. With pay per lead, your team handles the calls and booking. In both cases, you handle the estimate, quote follow-up and painting. A booked appointment is an opportunity to sell the work, not a guaranteed job.

See who you'll be working with.

Meet our founders and read our published client stories. Those case studies currently cover other trades, mainly concrete coatings. We don't have a published painting case study to share yet, so those figures aren't presented as painting results or forecasts.

Before we work together

Questions from painting business owners.

How payment works, what the phone call covers and how to get started.

Am I buying painting leads or paying for appointments?

We offer both. With pay per lead, we send homeowner enquiries and your team calls and books. With our appointment service, LMC handles calling, qualification and booking; you pay for appointments that show up. Both include ad spend, with no upfront cost, retainer or lock-in contract. We'll agree the service and pricing with you before starting.

Are my leads shared with other contractors?

No. Every LMC homeowner lead goes to one client only. We never share or resell it to another contractor, whether you choose pay per lead or our appointment service. Territory exclusivity is also included, with your territory agreed before launch. How lead and territory exclusivity work →

Can I focus on interior or exterior painting?

Yes. We support both, and we agree the project mix for your campaign. Tell us which surfaces, project sizes and areas you want to serve, along with any services you want to exclude.

What happens if a homeowner cancels or doesn't show?

We credit 100% of the appointment fee back to your account for a cancellation or no-show.

Does your team quote the painting job?

No. Our human setters check homeownership, location, budget and intent using our tested phone process and the agreed campaign criteria. Your team assesses the property, decides the preparation and materials needed, and provides the final quote.

Can I adjust volume when my crew gets busy?

Yes. We can adjust appointment volume weekly, and delivery continues unless you ask us to pause. We agree expectations for your market and available capacity; appointment volume is not unlimited or guaranteed.

Can we agree which painting projects count as a fit?

Yes. Before launch, agree your interior and exterior services, location, project criteria and available estimate slots. Our appointment setters check homeownership, area, budget and intent; your estimator confirms the final scope and price. Read the qualification guide for the distinction between a suitable enquiry, a booking and a sold job.

How quickly can the first appointments come in?

Our usual first-appointment window is 2–3 days to a week after signing up. We'll confirm the plan around your service area, project mix and calendar. This is a general LMC expectation, not a measured painting-specific result or a guaranteed deadline.
