From enquiry to estimate

Permanent lighting lead generation,
with the follow-up handled.

A homeowner's form submission starts the process. Our team makes the call, checks the fit and books a time for your estimator to meet them.

01 / ATTRACT

Ads for your installation business.

We agree the permanent lighting work you want to quote and the area you serve. Then we fund the ads that invite interested homeowners to enquire.

02 / QUALIFY

Our team calls the homeowner.

Our in-house setters use a tested phone process to check homeownership, service area, budget and intent. We agree your project criteria before launch.

03 / ESTIMATE

You assess the job and quote.

A qualified homeowner is booked into an available slot. Your estimator confirms the installation scope, discusses the lighting options you offer and follows up on the quote.

Your services set the scope

Appointments for the lighting work you want.

Permanent lighting businesses don't all take on the same installations. Before a campaign starts, we need to understand the systems you offer, the properties you serve and the work you want to quote.

That gives the ads and appointment setters a clear brief. Your team still assesses the property and decides what can be installed.

The USA is our main market. If you're in Canada, the UK or elsewhere, we'll discuss availability for your area on the call.

  • Your installation scopeWhich permanent outdoor lighting jobs do you take on, and which requests should we filter out?
  • Your service areaWhere can your team travel for estimates and installations, and are there any dealer marketing boundaries we should follow?
  • Your available capacityHow many estimates can you attend each week, and when can you take on installation work?
  • Your quoting processWho attends the estimate, presents the options and follows up with the homeowner?

Agree the details before launch

Make the campaign fit your business.

Be clear about the installation.

If you install permanent roofline lighting, the campaign should say that. If you offer other permanent outdoor lighting, we'll discuss those services. We won't assume that you also handle temporary holiday displays or every kind of exterior lighting.

Set expectations before the estimate.

We discuss what a suitable homeowner enquiry looks like for your business. The phone call checks budget and intent; your estimator provides the final design, scope and price after assessing the property.

Keep the calendar workable.

Tell us the slots your estimator can attend. Appointment volume can be adjusted weekly, and you can ask us to pause as your workload changes.

Know who handles each step.

With our appointment service, LMC handles advertising, phone qualification and booking. With pay per lead, your team makes the calls and books. In both cases, your team assesses, sells and installs the job. An enquiry or appointment is not a guaranteed sale.

Get to know the people behind LMC.

Permanent lighting is a new focus for us, and we don't yet have a lighting case study to share. Our published cases cover other trades, mainly concrete coatings. They show that work in its own context; they aren't forecasts for a lighting campaign.

Before we work together

Questions from lighting business owners.

The payment model, qualification and practical details to discuss before starting.

Am I paying for leads or booked appointments?

We offer both. With pay per lead, we send homeowner enquiries and your team calls and books. With our appointment service, LMC handles calling, qualification and booking; you pay for appointments that show up. Both include ad spend, with no upfront cost, retainer or lock-in contract. We'll agree the service and pricing with you before starting.

Are my leads shared with other contractors?

No. Every LMC homeowner lead goes to one client only. We never share or resell it to another contractor, whether you choose pay per lead or our appointment service. Territory exclusivity is also included, with your territory agreed before launch. How lead and territory exclusivity work →

What if the homeowner cancels or doesn't show?

We credit 100% of the appointment fee back to your account for a cancellation or no-show.

Who speaks with the homeowner?

For the appointment service, a real member of our in-house team calls to check homeownership, location, budget and intent against your project criteria. With pay per lead, your team handles that conversation. Your estimator handles the technical assessment and quote in either model.

What makes a lighting enquiry a fit?

We agree your installation scope, service area and qualification criteria before launch. For appointments, our team checks the homeowner's requested work, budget and intent by phone. Permanent installation, seasonal decorating and repairs are different requests; we confirm which you accept. Your estimator verifies feasibility, design and price. See the lighting enquiry checklist.

Can I change the volume or pause?

Yes. We discuss your weekly capacity and adjust appointment volume as your workload changes. Delivery continues unless you ask us to pause. Available volume depends on your market and campaign; we agree expectations on the call.

When would a lighting campaign start?

We'll confirm the launch plan after discussing your service area, installation scope and calendar. Our usual first-appointment window is 2–3 days to a week after signing up; that is a general LMC expectation, not a measured lighting-campaign result.

Do I need to use a particular lighting brand?

Tell us which systems you install when we discuss the campaign. This page does not assume a particular brand, dealer network or product offering. We agree what can be advertised with you before launch.
