We fund and run the ads.
We build the campaign around your coating work and service area. Interested homeowners complete a form. You don't fund the ad spend.
Lead generation for coating contractors
We cover the ad spend. You pay for appointments that show up. Our team finds homeowners, qualifies them by phone and books estimates on your calendar. You handle the visit, the sale and the installation.
Free call for coating-business owners.
Prefer to handle the calls yourself? We also offer pay per lead: LMC covers ad spend and sends you exclusive enquiries, never shared or resold; your team calls and books. No upfront cost, retainer or lock-in contract. Compare leads and appointments →
From homeowner enquiry to estimate
With our appointment option, our setters speak with the homeowner before an estimate goes on your calendar. If your team handles those calls, our pay-per-lead option delivers the enquiries for you to follow up.

Our in-house appointment setters use a tested script to confirm homeownership, service area, budget and intent before booking an estimate.
The appointment goes on your calendar. Your team assesses the floor, recommends the right system, provides the quote and follows through on the sale.

Built around the work you install
If your company installs epoxy flooring or concrete floor coatings, we can discuss appointments for the residential projects you want to take on—including suitable work elsewhere in the home.
We agree the project types and service area with you. Your team decides which surfaces and coating systems are suitable when assessing the job.
The USA is our main market. For Canada, the UK or other countries, we'll confirm availability for your trade and area on a call.

Before we work together
How payment works, when appointments start and what happens when your schedule changes.
We offer both. With pay per lead, we send homeowner enquiries and your team calls and books. With our appointment service, LMC handles calling, qualification and booking; you pay for appointments that show up. Both include ad spend, with no upfront cost, retainer or lock-in contract. We'll agree the service and pricing with you before starting.
No. Every LMC homeowner lead goes to one client only. We never share or resell it to another contractor, whether you choose pay per lead or our appointment service. Territory exclusivity is also included, with your territory agreed before launch. How lead and territory exclusivity work →
We credit 100% of the appointment fee back to your account if a homeowner cancels or doesn't show up.
Allow 2–3 days to a week after signing up for your first appointments to start coming in. On the call, we'll discuss your service area, project types and availability.
Yes. Tell us how many appointments you can take each week, and we'll adjust the volume to fit your workload. Once delivery starts, it continues unless you ask us to pause.
No. We also discuss suitable residential epoxy flooring and concrete coating projects elsewhere in the home. The campaign should reflect the work your company actually installs. Your team assesses the surface and recommends the appropriate coating system.
A real member of our in-house appointment-setting team. Homeowners complete a form, then speak with a setter using our tested script. We check homeownership, service area, budget and intent before booking. Your estimator still needs to assess the project and close the sale.
Bring your service area, the jobs you want and your weekly capacity. We'll discuss whether LMC is a fit.
